30-Day Return
If the display you received does not match the product you ordered, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, provided it is in original condition and packaging.
12-Month Warranty
All AIDERRY displays carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your display fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at sales@aiderry.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will issue a return authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
- Ship the item with the RA number to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we process your replacement or refund within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made or OEM products are non-returnable unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
